I returned a week ago from a week with Boot Camp Marbella and  I am amazed how much I have carried on with my new thinking about nutrition, wellness and fitness.

�The week was very challenging with lots of highs, laughs and a few tears! Jan and his team are just brilliant at what they do, always the right amount of push and encouragement, but help and kind words when needed, which all helped me do more than I thought I could! I have never done anything like this before, I met wonderful people who I am in touch with and proud of my achievements! Thanks Again Jan, Tony, Juanma and Vanessa, you are doing an amazing job!
