Boot Camp Marbella is the perfect springboard

I’ve always had a base level of fitness since a young age, due to my mother being a sports teacher and father being an avid rugby fan. However since university, my health and fitness has been on a steady decline now over the past few years, to the point that I had lost a lot of weight (not in a good way) and my cardio/endurance was almost non-existent. Needless to say this had a huge detrimental impact on my mental health. After just the first day of Boot-Camp Marbella, I knew that things were going to turn around for the better. Every aspect of this course is refined and tailored to perfection, from the way it is structured, to the variety of activities you do, to the incredibly healthy and delicious food you’ll be getting into your system. The course is fitted to people from all walks of life, which allows you to reflect on what you personally want to achieve, and making those aims become a reality. Every trainer you meet for each activity brings something new to your experience, and they are all awesome people with excellent communication skills. You also attend a nutrition talk from a local dietician, which I can honestly say, was mind-blowing. It has seriously made me reconsider what I will be putting in my body from here on out. Jan is a truly amazing human being, who will push you far beyond what you think you are capable of. But on top of that, he has hand-picked the best of what Marbella has to offer, from the best places to eat, to a hotel with fantastic staff who are always smiling, and a wellness hydrotherapy spa which rates far higher than any I’ve been to in the past - I recommend the plunge pool! You will meet amazing people and after a week of training, supporting and encouraging each other, you will form friendships that make your heart sing. Boot-Camp Marbella is the perfect springboard for anyone who wants to turn their health and fitness around, because after the pushing, the laughing and the sweating, you come to realise the only thing stopping you from changing your life, is yourself. No more excuses, no more external circumstances, if you can get through this week, you will return home with a healthier mindset, stronger commitment and discipline, and most likely, planning to be back again the following year, I know I will be!
