Great value for money
Just home from the best fitness holiday. Lovely hotel, great location, fabulous food and serious exercise but everyone works to their own ability. Congratulations Jan for being able to encourage and push everyone to their own limits. Actually I'm guessing everyone worked harder than they ever imagined they would or could. Jan you are great at judging everyones capabilities and there is a good variation in activities. Have met lots of great people and eaten in nice healthy restaurants. Arrived home feeling great and look forward to coming back, maybe September, definitely this time next year.
