This whole experience will change your life, Jan (head trainer) is one of the nicest guys I have ever met, very professional and has great knowledge.
From the moment you are picked up you feel, see and first hand experience how good the bootcamp will be.
The food wow (very healthy) and you will take photos of the presentation.
The training reaches all level of fitness so do not worry if your over weight or a super athlete (bearing in mind all trainers are super fit and inspiring)
There is something for everyone on top off all that the locations where you train are magical.
Also the hotel you stay in, is lovely.
I felt all aspects of the bootcampmarbella were great...5star.
Value for money I consider it a bargain.
Thanks Jan not only did you change my life I'm glad I have a new friend:).
