What an incredible week! I am 57 and kind of fit but the support, help, fun, great activities, amazing food, made this a great experience! I never thought I could do an assault course, I loved it. Jan pushed me but never beyond what I could do, I learnt so much from him, I went with a friend but would happily go again alone. The best holiday and guess what you come home looking and feeling fantastic. I will 100% go back! If Carlsberg did boot camps (possibly not fitting analogy) but you know what I mean. Thank you Jan.
