Jan and the team are super passionate and caring about fitness and wellbeing. We had so much fun and lots and lots of laughs. Bootcamp Marbella has a holistic approach to health and wellness. There was a great variety of activities including cardio, strength/resistance training, mobility and flexibility. Leaving Bootcamp gives you an insight into the areas of health that you can improve on. You are also inspired by other members in the cohort, each of us supporting each other and pushing each other on. We’ll be back for a Bootcamp reunion!
