I have just returned from a week at Boot Camp Marbella and I cannot recommend it highly enough!! Jan who runs the Bootcamp has great energy and instantly made me feel welcome as I was travelling alone. The rest of the group were amazing too and I know I have made some friends that will last for life!
The schedule was varied - weight training, beach circuits & gym, running, hiking, cycling and even a trip to Mike’s Gym to take on the famous obstacle course! I train a lot at home but many of these activities were new to me and definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone (need to work on my cargo net climbing technique!). All activities can be tailored to ability too so don’t worry if you aren’t used to training.
The food was super healthy & delicious and the hotel is in a great location near the beach. If you are looking for a challenging week of fun & fitness with great people then I definitely recommend booking Boot Camp Marbella, you won’t be disappointed!
