Spent a week with the team at Bootcamp Marbella in September 2021 and had the best week.
I came away from the trip much fitter and healthier thanks to the excellent and varied workouts (runs, beach workouts, weights sessions, hikes, cycles, boxing, yoga, stretching, assault course etc).
The food was also excellent, primarily eating at healthy restaurants in Marbella which was accompanied by a nutrition talk at the start of the week!
Would 100% recommend the trip, especially as the camp caters for all abilities and hope to be back soon.
