I was looking for a fairly intensive fitness week to help kick start a healthier lifestyle. I did allot of online research and chose Boot Camp Marbella and I’m really glad I did, I loved it and I’m already looking forward to going again !
The activities were varied and included mountain biking, gym sessions, outdoor boxercise, running, yoga, hiking and beach trainings. There was a good combination of indoor / outdoor sessions and high intensity and active recovery activities as well as time to relax. The trainers were professional and friendly. The food was delicious, healthy and plentiful.
As a group we all had different abilities and each one of us was pushed outside our comfort zones and we were able to reach new personal limits.
Jan was very attentive to our different abilities and ensured everyone got the best out of themselves!
I had a great time as a solo traveler meeting like minded people in the group who wanted to spend some time focusing on themselves.
I came away feeling stronger and healthier but most importantly with a new mindset.
