Dear Jan and the Boot Camp Marbella team,
I wanted to write to say thank you so much for my half week boot camp experience earlier this month.
The activity schedule was perfect with just the right level of intensity each day to see the positive impact on my body whilst still making every session enjoyable and including some delicious food (especially the fresh tuna salad!). I liked the way each day was different and so many activities were outdoors in a truly beautiful setting - I made sure "I enjoyed the scenery at all times!"
Instructors were excellent, I appreciated the boxing session on the beach with Antonio and the morning swim with yourself in the sea, what a great way to start the day! Thank you also for tailoring the activities to my needs regarding my back injury and level of fitness. I thought the whole program was very professionally run and an amazing experience I will never forget.
I feel the boot camp has helped change my whole outlook and to reassess my lifestyle, putting health to the top of my priority list. Although I have had a few slip ups since being back in the UK, I am generally a lot more active in everyday life, I eat more healthy foods and feel like I have more energy. I intend to keep up the good habits you installed in me during boot camp and have even entered a triathlon in June.
I would massively recommend Boot Camp Marbella to my friends or anyone looking to kick-start a healthy, active lifestyle and I wish you all the best with future your Boot Camps.
