Hi Jan!
Thanks for the email. Doing good. The bootcamp I'm at now isn't a patch on last week. Missing Marbella big time! It's hammering down with rain and blowing a gale, not quite what I had in mind, but an experience it is. Thanks for invite half marathon. I'd love to do it so keep me posted.
Running further now, so come September I may have a chance. Last week was a real pleasure, the most enjoyable week I've had in a long time. I know you put in a great deal of effort so everything ran smoothly, so kudos, and a big thank you. I hope the next camp is as equally successful, I know clients will have an excellent time, and with a bit of luck, you'll have a flourishing business, one that I'd very much like to join again.
