Just wanted to say hi and give you some feedback about our Boot Camp experience in Marbella!

This Boot Camp week was a lot of fun; we had a great time with all of you guys! Thanks again you for the amazing service! The training programm was just outstanding. It was a mixture of all the different activities. Such as a beach circuit training session with Antonio in the morning – while Marbella is awakening –, martial arts with Elvis on the hotel roof top with breathtaking views over Marbella and the exhausting bike ride up the town of Istan; what a great feeling of achievement once we got to the top!

Also, the paddle surfing and stunning views from the top of La Concha mountain after a tough hike were highlights of our week! The accommodation was comfortable, very clean and perfect for relaxation after a hard day's training. The spa in the hotel and the amazing Monte Paraiso NCT gym were a plus.

We returned home totally relaxed, full of energy and so much fitter! The best thing is that we have been inspired by the boot camp team in Spain, as we are still running at least three times a week (and as you will remember, running was not our favorite at all!).

It was a pleasure to be coached by such competent, caring and fun trainers and not have a worry in the world just look after our fitness.
