I have just returned from my first bootcamp and I am struggling to sum up in words what is was like – not sure if awesome, exhilarating, epic and amazing even come close! The range of activities throughout each day ensured that everyone in the team was engaged and challenged to do their best and although you knew they were going to be tough, they were so enjoyable. Whilst hard to pick my favourite, I have to say it was the bike ride, getting onto the open road and being determined to make it up the mountain made the ride down all the better! Coming a close second was Jan’s circuits at the outside gym – absolutely loved every sweaty minute of it. Everything was so professional and well organised and all the instructors so friendly and fun. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a week of outdoor fitness, who wants to kick start or enhance their fitness goals. Upon returning home, I am feeling fitter and my body is a different shape…. I am already looking to go back before the end of 2018. Truly, one of the best things that I have ever done for me and my body.
