Last month I did the four day bootcamp and loved every second of it. Jan and his team make exercise fun - from boxing to mountain biking, yoga to circuits there's something for everyone.
I learnt how best to maximise gym sessions, found out what my strengths are (running!) and what I need to be doing to achieve my personal fitness and health goals. I also took away a lot about food and healthy eating habits, thanks to Vanessa.
I can't emphasise enough what a good time I had.... I didn't expect the week to be so enjoyable and to make friends with the other guys on the course.
I will definitely be back for another dose of Boot Camp Marbella very soon. In the meantime, I've signed up to the 2019 London marathon, thanks to Jan's encouragement.
