My goals for the week were to lose a couple of pounds, get a bit fitter and enjoy myself.
These are probably the same as the majority of people who think about attending the week.
Its easy to achieve these outcomes because the course is great fun, well organised and all of the instructors were very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Vanessa’s food and nutrition advice have helped me to make a pronounced difference in my life.
I took far more away from this week than I had planned for and I cannot recommend this highly enough to anyone.
