This was an amazing experience for the mind and body and I highly recommend it to everyone. The Camp caters to all fitness levels and you will see results in just one week. I went to the camp to get me out of a rut that I have been in for a while (something to kick start my weight loss and increase my fitness). I have come home feeling happier than I have been in a while. I feel stronger and ready to tackle what I should of started ages ago. I also lost 3.5kg in the week :).
Every day during the camp is different including running, hiking, cycling, cross fit, yoga and more. Its intense, hard work but extremely rewarding and a load of fun. Jan who runs the camp is a good guy with a great sense of humor - he misses nothing and come up with quirky comments on just about anything. The food was really good, varied and healthy and I never once felt like I was missing out or going hungry, in fact the opposite - I often couldn't eat it.
The camp was also a great way to meet new people. I now have some new friends :).
Do yourself and your health & fitness a favour - and sign up for bootcamp, you will not regret it. I will definitely be going back!!!!!
